Snickers Apple Fluff is the ultimate no-bake dessert salad — sweet, creamy, crunchy, and loaded with all the flavors of a caramel apple dipped in chocolate!
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix (unprepared)
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 4 large Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped (leave skin on for color)
- 4–5 Snickers candy bars, chopped
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for crunch)
---
Directions:
Step 1: Make the cheesecake filling
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Beat for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
3. Fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
Step 2: Add the goodies
1. Gently fold in chopped apples, Snickers pieces, caramel sauce, and peanuts (if using). Mix just until combined.
Step 3: Chill & serve
1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to set.
2. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce before serving.
3. Scoop into bowls or cups and enjoy!

Tips:
- Granny Smith apples are perfect for balancing sweetness, but feel free to mix with red apples for extra color.
- Add mini marshmallows or chopped toffee bits for extra texture.
- This fluff is best served the same day for the freshest apples, but will keep in the fridge for 1–2 days.
- Great served as a dip with graham crackers or apple slices!
