Ingredients:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter

Cheesecake Filling:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Topping:

Whipped cream
Extra strawberries, halved
Additional graham cracker crumbs

Directions:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press about 1 tablespoon into the bottom of each dessert cup.
Toss chopped strawberries with sugar and set aside to macerate for 10 minutes.
