Ingredients:
For cake:
• 3 cups of flour (Cernida 3 times)
• 6 eggs (clear and separate yolks)
• 1⅓ whole milk cups
• 1⅓ sugar cups
• 2 vanilla cdtas
• 4 cdtas of baking powder
For flan:
• 1 Grenetina (hydrated in ½ cup of water)
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 can of evaporated milk
• 1 cream cheese bar
• 5 eggs
• 2 vanilla cdtas
For syrup:
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 can of evaporated milk
• 1 cup of whole milk
• ½ cup vanilla flavor milk
• 1 vain cdta
Step by step:
1️⃣ spongy cake:
Beat clear about snow, add sugar and then the yolks. Incorporates the mixture of flour, milk and vanilla in 3 parts with enveloping movements. Bake at 180 ° C (350 ° F) per 30 min.
