🍝 Creamy Tuscan Sausage Pasta
🧂 Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni (or your favorite pasta)
1/2 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 oz fresh spinach
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced) (optional for extra flavor)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional, for extra richness)
🔧 Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add garlic, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Simmer 5–7 mins until creamy and spinach is wilted.
Stir in pasta, toss to coat evenly. Add Parmesan if using.
Serve hot, garnish with extra cheese or fresh basil if desired.
