Southern Pecan Caramel Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and chopped pecans.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Let the cake cool before serving.
