➤2 large eggs
➤1/2 tbsp olive oil or butter
➤Salt & black pepper to taste

➤1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
➤1/2 cup arugula
➤1 tsp olive oil
➤1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
➤1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
➤Salt & pepper to taste
✰🍽️ Step by Step:
➤1:Make the Avocado Toast:
Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread it over toasted whole-grain bread.
