Creamy Shrimp & Spinach Ravioli

**Ingredients:
- 1 package (about 9-12 oz) cheese or seafood ravioli
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

**Directions:
1. Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add remaining butter, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5. Add cooked ravioli and shrimp back to the pan. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Enjoy warm!
