🌿 Cicoria Ripassata 🧄
Simple sautéed chicory with garlic and chili—bitter, bold, and delicious! 😋
🔥 Ingredients:
• 1 bunch chicory (or dandelion greens)
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Pinch of red chili flakes
• Salt to taste
🥄 Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil chicory until tender, drain and squeeze excess water.
2️⃣ Sauté garlic and chili in olive oil.
3️⃣ Add greens, cook for 5 minutes while tossing.
4️⃣ Serve warm or at room temp.
