Ingredients:
1 whole goose (about 3 kg)
2 apples, quartered
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

2️⃣ Stuff the goose with apples, onions, and thyme.
3️⃣ Rub with butter, salt, and pepper.
