- 1 teaspoon baking powder | 4g
- ½ teaspoon salt | 2g

directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Gradually whisk in the warm water until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
3. Stir in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped fresh rosemary.
4. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. This allows the chickpea flour to fully hydrate.
5. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly oil the surface.
6. Pour about ½ cup of the batter onto the hot skillet and spread it out with the back of a spoon to form a thin, round flatbread (about 6-7 inches in diameter).
