1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, pastel M&M’s, and sprinkles if using.

2.Scoop and Bake:

Press a few extra M&M’s or mini eggs on top of each cookie for a festive look.
