Creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
1 lb ground beef
6 strips bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional, for topping)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in butter and minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Add heavy cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
Garnish with chopped pickles and parsley before serving.
