π₯ Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
For Garlic Butter:
ΒΌ cup melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Cook Filling:
In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, cook onion until soft, then add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in ketchup, mustard, cooked bacon, and cheese. Let cool slightly.
Assemble Rollups:
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread beef mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up tightly like a jelly roll and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Bake:
Place slices on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops with garlic butter (melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley). Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 18β20 minutes or until golden.
Serve:
Drizzle with extra garlic butter before serving if desired.
