Ingredients:
For the chicken:
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
For the creamy garlic sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan
Salt, pepper & red pepper flakes
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, parsley)

Instructions:
1. Bake the Fries:
Toss fries with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 25β30 mins, flipping halfway until crispy.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear in olive oil over medium heat, 5β6 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic until fragrant.
Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened (3β5 mins).
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4. Serve:
Spoon creamy sauce over chicken.
