🇮🇹 Mostaccioli (Chocolate-Dipped Cookies)
Spiced, soft chocolate cookies with a rich chocolate glaze—perfect for festive treats!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds
• 200g dark chocolate (for coating)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, spices, and baking powder.
3. Stir in milk, honey, and almonds to form a dough.
4. Shape into diamond cookies and place on baking tray.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes. Let cool.
6. Melt chocolate and dip each cookie. Let set before serving.
