A seafood gratin baked with cream, cheese, and herbs — rich and comforting. 🧀🦞
Ingredients:
• 300 g shrimp
• 200 g scallops
• 200 g white fish
• 200 ml cream
• 100 g grated cheese
• 1 garlic clove
• Fresh parsley
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook seafood lightly in butter.
2️⃣ Mix cream with garlic and season.
3️⃣ Place seafood in a baking dish, cover with cream.
4️⃣ Top with cheese.
5️⃣ Bake at 200°C (400°F) until golden and bubbly.
