Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1½ tablespoons granulated white sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- ¼ cup vanilla creamer
- Whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice, for topping
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
2. Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly until the mixture is hot and slightly frothy, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Brew 1 cup of your favorite coffee.
4. Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug, then add the pumpkin milk mixture and vanilla creamer.
5. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for garnish.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your warm, cozy pumpkin spice latte.
