This recipe is the PERFECT mash-up between cheesecake, pie, and pumpkin. I just had to share it with you guys!
Ingredients
1 (9") pie crust, unbaked
Cheesecake filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
Pumpkin Pie filling:
15 oz pumpkin puree
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
