Directions

Prep peppers: Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them in a baking dish.

Cook filling: In a skillet, brown ground beef (or sausage) over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
