Baked Turkey Wings
Ingredients:
- 3–4 turkey wings, separated at the joints
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried or fresh)
- 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme.
3. Rub the turkey wings with olive oil or melted butter, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
4. Place chopped onion and minced garlic in the bottom of a baking dish and lay turkey wings on top.
5. Pour chicken or turkey broth into the dish around the wings.
6. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Tips:
For extra crispy skin, broil the wings for 3-5 minutes after baking uncovered.
Use fresh thyme for a more aromatic flavor, but dried thyme works well too.
