This Chili Garlic Oil recipe is so easy for you to try at home! Plus it is salt-free!
Recipe:
1 cup oil
4 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp chili flakes
Steps:
In a heat proof bowl, add the pepper flakes. Set aside.
In a pan, add oil and warm to high heat. Saute the garlic until fragrant and brown. Don’t overcook. Pour it right away into the bowl of pepper flakes. Mix well. Let it cool and store in the refrigerator. Use only with 1-2 weeks. Enjoy!
