- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions:
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during cooking.
