1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup orange gelatin (prepared and slightly cooled)

For the Swirl:
1/4 cup orange gelatin (extra for swirling)
Orange food coloring (optional)

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in orange juice and the slightly cooled orange gelatin. Mix until combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top. Drizzle extra orange gelatin on top and swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
