🥬 Légumes Farcis (Stuffed Vegetables) 🫑🍅
Colorful vegetables filled with savory stuffing.
Ingredients:
• 4 bell peppers or zucchini
• 200 g ground meat
• 100 g breadcrumbs
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut off tops of vegetables, hollow them out.
2️⃣ Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, add ground meat and cook.
3️⃣ Mix with breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and herbs.
4️⃣ Stuff the vegetables with mixture.
5️⃣ Place in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes until golden.
