Oh, honey, these Mini Meatloaf Muffins take me right back to my mama’s kitchen, where the scent of her famous meatloaf meant love was served. These tiny treasures are perfect for a weeknight dinner or a cozy family gathering!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
2️⃣ Mix everything together in a big bowl (hands work best!).
3️⃣ Scoop into muffin cups, top with ketchup.
