Strawberry Cream Cheese Chill Pie
Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup strawberry glaze or strawberry pie filling
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
In a separate bowl, gently toss the sliced strawberries with the strawberry glaze.
Spoon the glazed strawberries over the cream cheese filling.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
