Grilled Salmon & Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet, grilled and sliced
1 ripe avocado, cubed
Mixed greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grill or pan-sear the salmon until golden and flaky.
2. Toss greens in a bowl with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Add avocado chunks and salmon slices.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fresh!
