French onion soup..man, I think it's the best I ever made..floated seasoned croutons to broil the cheese..and, instead of white wine..I used half a cup of dry red wine..when carmelizing, the sweet Vidalia onions, I added a few whole bay leafs..I think they gave it that little extra something..
