🇫🇷 Gigot d’Agneau (Roast Leg of Lamb)
Succulent roast lamb seasoned with garlic and rosemary, perfect for a hearty French feast!
Ingredients:
• 1 leg of lamb (about 2 kg)
• 5 garlic cloves, sliced
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. đź§„ Pierce lamb with garlic slices and rub with rosemary, oil, salt, and pepper.
2. 🔥 Roast at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally.
