Keto Spinach Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
Portobello Mushrooms (4-6)
1 block of cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup cooked chopped onions
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Garlic powder for extra garlic goodness
Sriracha sauce - 1 tsp - adjust to liking
Salt/Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Scoop the mixture into each mushroom. Top off with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees in air fryer for 8 minutes!
