BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 strips crispy turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves, large, washed and dried
Directions:
Step 1: Slice the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine until the mixture is creamy yet chunky.
Step 2: Lay the romaine lettuce leaves flat on a serving plate. Scoop a generous portion of the egg salad into the center of each leaf.
Step 3: Top the salad with crumbled crispy turkey bacon and halved cherry tomatoes.
Step 4: Serve immediately.
