Creamy Meatball Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta (cooked)
1 lb meatballs (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
1/2 cup peas (optional)
Salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook meatballs in a skillet or bake until browned and fully cooked.
2. In the same pan, add tomato sauce, cream, and cheese. Stir until sauce is smooth.
3. Stir in peas if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add cooked penne, toss to coat.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
