Luscious No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake Delight
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup German chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Spread the German chocolate frosting evenly over the cheesecake filling.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings if desired. Slice and enjoy chilled!
