🧆 My Best-Ever Sausage Cheese Balls
🧂 Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 cup baking mix (like Bisquick) or 3/4 cup flour + 1 tsp baking powder
Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper
🔧 Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, mix sausage, cheese, eggs, and baking mix (or flour mixture) until fully combined.
Form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm with ranch, mustard, or marinara for dipping!
