Keto rolls fresh out of the oven.. yum... It's 1/4 cup cream cheese, 2cups of mozzarella cheese, melt this in 30 second increments in the microwave, then add 1 & 1/2 cups of almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder add 2 eggs. Mix well when it forms a ball, pinch out 12 balls and place onto parchment paper or silicone mat. Beat one egg for an egg wash and cover the rolls with a basting brush.
Bake on 350 for 25 mins until golden brown. Enjoy
