🍰 Easy Cheesecake in a Loaf Pan 🍰

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup melted butter

2 (8 oz) cream cheese packages, softened

½ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a loaf pan.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into pan.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one by one, and vanilla.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Let it cool and refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with sour cream before serving.
