Pickle Bloody Mary Shot
Ingredients:
1 oz vodka (chilled)
1 oz tomato juice
1/2 oz dill pickle juice
1/4 tsp horseradish
1 dash hot sauce (like Tabasco)
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of black pepper
Mini pickle or pickle slice (for garnish)
Optional: celery stalk, cherry tomato, or olive for garnish
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add vodka, tomato juice, pickle juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and black pepper to the shaker.
3. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and thoroughly combined.
4. Strain the mixture into a shot glass, ensuring no ice or large particles remain.
5. Skewer a mini pickle or pickle slice on a small stick or toothpick and place it on the rim of the shot glass for garnish. Alternatively, garnish with a celery stick, cherry tomato, or olive if desired.
6. Serve immediately. The shot can be consumed quickly or sipped slowly, according to preference.
