Old-Fashioned Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
3. Pour the rhubarb mixture into the prepared pie crust. If you like, you can cover it with another crust on top.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue to bake for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until the rhubarb is tender and the filling is bubbling.
5. Once done, allow the pie to cool before serving. Enjoy!
