Black jungle cake

Ingredients:

For cake:
• 8 eggs
• 200 gr of flour
• 300 gr of sugar
• 50 gr of bitter cocoa

For filling and decoration:
• Cherry (necessary amount)
• 500 ml of milk cream
• 425 gr of icing sugar
• 300 gr of semi bitter chocolate
• Cherry liquor or other liquor (optional)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation:

1️⃣ Prepare the cake:
1. Mix the eggs with the sugar: beat until you get a letter, that is, a thick mixture that leaves a groove when you lift the rods.
2. Add the dry ingredients: sift the flour and cocoa and add it to the mixture of eggs and sugar. Delicately mix with enveloping movements so as not to lose air.
3. Preheat the oven: at 180 ° C (moderate). Grease and flour three medium cake molds.
4. Bake: divide the mixture into three equal parts and pour into the molds. Bake for 15 minutes or until inserting a stick is clean. Let cool.
