Beef Stir-Fry Noodles
Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) beef (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
8 oz (225g) noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch slurry. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the beef until browned, then remove.
4. In the same pan, add another tbsp of oil, sautΓ© garlic and ginger until fragrant.
5. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
6. Return beef to the pan, add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well-coated.
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot!
