Easy Slow Cooker Cranberry Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) bag frozen pre-cooked meatballs (turkey meatballs recommended)
1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
1 (14 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
Place the jellied cranberry sauce in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 45-second intervals until melted.
Whisk in the chili sauce, orange juice, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the frozen meatballs to a slow cooker and pour the sauce evenly over them.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally to coat the meatballs evenly.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
