Curry Dry Rub for Chicken
This recipe is good for 3 pounds chicken thighs or chicken breast with skin.
Recipes:
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin
11/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dry cilantro
1/2 tsp 5 spice
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
*1/2 tsp chili flakes if you want spicy
Steps:
Mix everything to combine. Rub the mixture to the chicken and marinade for at least 30 minutes before baking or grilling.
Bake chicken at 425F for 50-55 minutes.
