CRAB SALAD (SEAFOOD SALAD)
Ingredients:
- Crab meat
- Mayonnaise
- Celery
- Green onion
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, chopped celery, and sliced green onions.
2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
