Easy recipes stuffed puff with creamy spinach:
Ingredient:
One pack Ready-to-cook puff pastry
2 chicken breasts, sliced.
2 cup fresh spinach.
1 cup of heavy cream.
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
2 cloves of garlic, minced.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions:
- Prepare puff in according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken into, stir fry untill cooked
- Add spinach into then stir untill cooked
- Pour the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper as your choice.
- Cut the puff pastry in half, making sure not to cut it open.Fill it with vegetables. Bake in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.
- Then serve hot. Enjoy!!
