Ingredients:
4–5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
10 oz fettuccine pasta
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6–7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce becomes creamy.
Combine Everything:
Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss until well coated.
Place chicken on top, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with parsley.
