For the Dressing:

Cook the ground turkey in a skillet with a pinch of salt and pepper until browned, then let it cool slightly. In a large bowl, toss together the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, red onion, and parsley. Add the cooked turkey and gently mix in crumbled feta.
