🇮🇹 Porchetta (Italian Pork Roast) 🐖🌿
Savory, herbed pork belly rolled with garlic and roasted to crisp perfection.
Ingredients:
• 1.5 kg pork belly, skin on
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp fennel seeds
• 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Score pork skin and season with garlic, herbs, oil, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Roll and tie the pork tightly with kitchen twine.
3️⃣ Roast at 180°C (350°F) for 2 hours, then broil for 5 minutes to crisp skin.
4️⃣ Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
