- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3. Add the chopped mushrooms, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are browned and any moisture has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
