Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles 🥩🍜
This cozy slow cooker meal is rich, hearty, and melts in your mouth—perfect for busy days or lazy nights!
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
12 oz egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
1. Add beef, onion, broth, gravy mix, soup mix, and Worcestershire to crockpot. Stir.
2. Cook on LOW 7–8 hours or HIGH 4–5 hours, until beef is tender.
3. Mix cornstarch + water, stir into pot, and cook 10–15 mins to thicken.
4. Serve over cooked egg noodles!
