🍋 Lemon Garlic Chicken with Parmesan Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
Fresh lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
3️⃣ Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
4️⃣ Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5️⃣ Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated and heated through.
6️⃣ Adjust seasoning to taste. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
